Bangalore, December 1, 2015: Quest Global won Gold in the Services category at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Lean Six Sigma Competition held in Bangalore this year. This is a hat-trick award for the company from the prestigious CII-IQ (CII-Institute of Quality).

The project on Process Efficiency Improvement, that won Gold, had helped customer to improve part creation cycle time by 25 per cent. Quest, an engineering leader in Aero Engines, Aerospace & Defence, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Power, and Medical Devices, was represented by Panneerraj R, Program Manager, Gokul Kumar, Technical Manager and Sunil Chillal, Manager Business Excellence.

Quest Global has won two awards earlier, one for Cycle time reduction for Vendor Data Manual Creation (Technical Publication) and the other for Product Design Optimization of a pressure calibration device for one of our strategic customers, in the National Six Sigma Competition.

CII-IQ organizes the National Six Sigma Competition, every year, and invites organizations to participate in the same and present successful Lean Sigma case studies. The body also provides an opportunity for delegates to learn key / best practices through the successful case studies and interact with six sigma practitioners for hands-on usage of the techniques. An eminent jury evaluates the presentation with respect to pre-determined criteria and identifies the award winners.
