Trivandrum: On October 28, 2015 Quest Global, a focused global engineering solutions provider, celebrated the completion of a successful one year in Technopark. In October 2014, Quest Global had acquired NeST Software, a provider of engineering software services, which was functioning in Technopark campus for more than two decades. Through this acquisition Quest Global strengthened the breadth and depth of engineering service offering to its customers besides diversifying into new industries such as medical devices and automotive.
To mark the occasion, Quest Towers in Technopark campus was decorated with blue and white balloons and danglers, creating a festive mood. As part of the anniversary celebrations, Narayanan S, Vice President and Center Head, Quest Trivandrum addressed the employees and shared the collective Quest 2020 Vision to become a billion dollar company in the next five years.

As the organization is becoming more customer focused and employee friendly, Quest Trivandrum witnessed many new initiatives over the last year. This includes the launch of Technology Excellence Group: to establish, nurture and institutionalize the technology culture within Quest Global and Think-A-Ton: a contest to generate ideas that add value to customers and supports organizational growth. As part of the Go Green initiative, Nature Club and Cycle Club were also launched in Quest Trivandrum.
To promote employee engagement, Quest Global is also planning week long celebrations in the month of December with many internal contests and events.
