As the President of Technology Services, Ajay ensures the alignment of Quest Global’s technology solutions infrastructure with the evolving needs of the industry and our customers. In this role, he designs the strategy to build and establish Quest’s customer relationship ecosystem globally, which results in enhancing our customers’ engagement experiences with us, ensures their delight, and ultimately turns them into ambassadors of Quest.
Ajay is also the Chair for NASSCOM Engineering R&D (ER&D) Council, wherein he drives a vision to create a $100B ER&D industry by 2025. Deeply passionate about education for the underprivileged and other related causes, he gives direction to Quest’s social responsibility initiatives as well. With his keen enthusiasm in technology innovations, Ajay uses his experience to help start-ups across industries, and also helps Quest build mutually beneficial synergies with them. He loves to experiment with social media for achieving these ends.
After successful stints with HP and Agilent Technologies in the US, Ajay joined Quest in 2002, when it was a 200-strong organization. He played a pivotal role in our foray into the aero structures domain, which gave us some major business wins. His relentless drive to build a best-in-class company through delivery and people process excellence has resulted in AS9100, PCMM Level 3, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 27001, ACE Gold and the CMMI Level 3 certifications.
Ajay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NITK, Surathkal (India), and MS and PhD degrees from the University of Massachusetts (USA). His research on very high frequency amplifiers was awarded by the IEEE (Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and bagged the Microwave Society Fellowship. He holds two US Patents.
